A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 8386•
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF THREE PICKUP TRUCKS FOR USE BY THE PARKS
MAINTENANCE DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (FROM WAYNE CROSS
FORD;
and;
and;
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized purchase of
Three (3) Pick Up Trucks from Wayne Cross Ford on Resolution
NO. 8386 on Monday, May 6th, 1991
WHEREAS, The Vendor has requested to withdraw his bid;
WHEREAS; a pricing error was made by the vendor on a portion
of his bid
WHEREAS;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
Rescind Resolution No. 8386.
I, Jeanne M. Leoncini, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Mondav . the 20th day of May, 1991 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Shippey, Thayer & Vice -Mayor Breiner
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Mayor Mulryan
