A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE
One.Pick-Up Truck for use by the.Parks Maintenance Division
of the Department of Public Works
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized purchase of
Three pick -Up Truck for use by the Parks Maintenance Division
of the Public Works Department
and;
and;
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for
Three Pick -Up Trucks
WHEREAS; bids have been received by the General Services
Department staff; and
WHEREAS; Wayne Cross Ford is the low responsible bidder of
One 3/4 Ton Pick -Up
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
Authorize the purchase of one 3/4 Ton Pick -Up Truck from
Wayne Cross Ford for the price of $13,933.70.
I, Jeanne M. Leonoini, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on MONDAY , the 20th day of MAY, 1991 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: .COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Shippey, Thayer & Vice -Mayor Breiner
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Vice -Mayor Breiner
