A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE
Two Pick -Up Trucks for use by the Parks Maintenance
Division of Public Works.
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized purchase of
Three Pick -Up Trucks for use by the Parks Maintenance Division
of Public Works
and;
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for
Three Pick -Up Trucks
and;
WHEREAS; bids have been received by the General Services
Department staff; and
WHEREAS; Folsom Lake Ford is the low responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
Authorize the Purchase of Two 1/2 Ton Pick -Up Trucks from
Folsom Lake Ford for the price of $22,411.06
I, Jeanne M. Leoncini, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on MONDAY , the 20th day of MAV.- lggl by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Shippey, Thayer & Vice -Mayor Breiner
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Mayor Mulryan
