RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING $23,000 EXPENDITURE FROM THE PARK &
RECREATION FACILITIES FUND FOR THE TERRA LINDA PARK
PLAYGROUND PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael authorized the
renovation of the Terra Linda Park Playground; and
WHEREAS, state grant funds and community donations are available
for the project; and
WHEREAS, the project budget necessitates a match from the City Park
and Recreation Facilities Fund; and,
WHEREAS, the Park & Recreation Commission recommends the Park
& Recreation Facilities Fund be used for the renovation of the city's
playgrounds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael hereby approves a $23,000. allocation from the Park &
Recreation Facilities Fund for the Terra Linda Park Playground Project.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a Regular meeting of the City Council of said City, held on Monday the
17th day of June , 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
