A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE 1990/91 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 8193
adopting the 1990/91 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City
Council a report outlining the additional budget items; and
WHEREAS, after examination, deliberation and due
consideration, the City Council has approved the same; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the amended budget is attached hereto
and made part hereof and is designed as Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that Resolution 8193 is amended to provide an additional
$792,420 for current expenditures.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on Mondav , the 17th day of June
1991, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
