RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL PERMITTING
THE USE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT
THE PICKLEWEED COMMUNITY CENTER,
FALKIRK CULTURAL CENTER AND CITY
HALL
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Municipal Code in Section 8.12.220(c)
permits the use of alcoholic beverages on public property upon
adoption of a Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael owns and operates the
Pickleweed Community Center, Falkirk Cultural Center and City hall;
and
WHEREAS, the use of these properties may well be used for
private parties at which alcoholic beverages may be consumed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby permits the use of alcoholic beverages at
the Pickleweed Community Center, Falkirk Cultural Center and City
Hall.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City held on Monday, the seventeenth day of June, 1991, by the
following vote, to wit:
