CITY OF SAN RAFAEL

WHEREAS, Clifford R. Den Otter has served the the City of San Rafael as
Associate Civif Engineer in the public Works Department for the past twenty-two
years; and
WHEREAS, Cliffs commitment to excelfence and his extensive background
and knowledge of civil engineering have contributed greatly to the implementation
and completion of numerous and varied public works projects; and
%WEREAS, during Cliffs tenure as a Civif Engineer, he was recognized as
an expert in the area of hydraulics and the administration of FEM programs; and
WHEREAS, white associated with the City of San Rgfaef, Cliff exemplified
many fine qualities of public service including professionalism, dedication and
commitment, along with a fine sense of humor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, in acknowledgement of Clifford RS Den Otter's service to the City of
San R¢faef, its employees and residents, expresses sincere appreciation and best
wishes for a happy and successful retirement.
