RESOLUTION NO. 846E
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESGUITION OF APPRECIATION
TO
TOM LOLLIM
FOR FIVE YEARS OF DISTINGUISHED SERVICE
ON THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, on July 7, 1986, the City Council of the City of San Rafael appointed Tom Lollini to serve a four year
term on the Design Review Board of the City of San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, Tom Lollini diligently performed his duties as a Design Review Board member during this term and
represented the interests of the residents of the City by encouraging well-designed projects which
were compatible with the architectural diversity of the City of San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, in recognition of his performance as a Design Review Board member, the City Council appointed Tom
Lollini to a second term on the Design Review Board on July 18,1990; and
WHEREAS, during his five years on the Design Review Board, Tom Lollini participated in the review of many
projects of great importance to the future design and environment of the City of San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, Tom Lollini performed his Design Review Board duties with great courtesy and respect for the
public, and many times guided the Board to reach a consensus on difficult design issues; and
WHEREAS, Tom Lollini has decided to step down from the Design Review Board prior to the expiration of his
term on June 30, 1994, to pursue other interests, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to acknowledge the diligent manner in which Tom has performed his duties
and the many hours of public service spent in behalf of the City of San Rafael.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael City Council, on behalf of the residents of the City of
San Rafael, hereby expresses its appreciation to Tom Lollini for his outstanding contribution in promoting excellence
in design for the City of San Rafael which will improve the quality of the lives of the current and future residents of
San Rafael.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted at the regular meeting of the City of San Rafael City Council held on the 15
day of July, 1991.
