A RESOLUTION OF SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5846 AND
ESTABLISHING PARKING METER RATES
WHEREAS, Chapter 5.60 of the San Rafael Municipal Code
entitled Parking Meters as adopted by Ordinance No. 1359 repeals
the parking meter time zone sections referenced in Ordinance No.
1345 and establishes parking meter rates by resolution under
Section 5.60.060 of said Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the parking meter
rate for all parking meters in San Rafael is set at sixty minutes
of legal parking for each twenty United States cents (20¢) in
various combinations of coins as accepted by each parking meter up
to the maximum time period permitted by each parking meter.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the fifteenth day of July, 1991, by
the following vote, to wit:
