RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING MASTER FEE SCHEDULE (RESOLUTIONS #7553 & #7560),
"SECTION 7—LIBRARY" INCREASING LIBRARY FINES AND FEES
WHEREAS, Resolution #7553, the City's Master Fee Schedule, and
Resolution #7560 set fines and fees for the Library; and
WHEREAS, The City Council at the recommendation of the Library
Board of Trustees and the staff wishes to increase certain fines and fees
and add new fines and fees to the Master Fee Schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael hereby amends the Master Fee Schedule, 'Section 7—
Library,' as shown on 'Attachment A,' which is incorporated herein by
reference.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a Reaular meeting of the City Council of said City held
on Mondav the Fifteenth day of Julv , 1991, by the following vote to
wit:
