CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS

DANIEL HULETT
WHEREAS, Dan has been employed in the San Rafael Police Department since November
27, 1978, and is presently the Investigations Bureau Sergeant; and
WHEREAS, Dan has consistently demonstrated an outstanding loyalty to the City
and the Police Department, an exceptionally positive attitude and
an ongoing diligence of work effort; and
WHEREAS, Dan has been responsible for coordinating five (5) homicide
investigations since February, 1991, in addition to maintaining his
ongoing felony caseload and Bureau supervisory responsibilities; and
WHEREAS, Dan is an excellent trainer and supervisor which is evident by the
quality of work and high morale within the Investigations Bureau;
and
WHEREAS, Dan's willingness to give the "extra measure" in virtually any work
situation provides an excellent role model for other employees; and
WHEREAS, Dan is a key member of the Police Department's Special Response Team
(SRT) who is always called upon for advice in high risk events and
whose skill in diffusing stressful situations is most beneficial to
the department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City
of San Rafael hereby designate DANIEL HULETT as the EMPLOYEE OF THE
QUARTER for the period beginning on April 1, 1991, through June 30,
1991, and express sincere appreciation to Dan for his dedication and
outstanding services to our community.
