RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL APPROVING A BUDGET
FOR A NEW CHILD CENTER AT
MARY SILVEIRA SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the Dixie School District Board wishes to have a child care
program on each of their open school sites; and
WHEREAS, the Dixie School District developed a request for proposal
to provide a child care program on the Mary Silveira Campus; and
WHEREAS, the Dixie School Board awarded the City of San Rafael the
bid to provide child care services on the Mary Silveira campus; and
WHEREAS, the new program will require a $75,260.00 budget
increase to the 1991-92 city budget.
WHEREAS, the child care program will be self supporting through
participant fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael does approve a budget for the Mary Silveira Child Care Center
for $75,260.00.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday , the 5th day
of August . 1991 , by the following vote, to wit:
