RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
ESTABLISHING VAN RATES FOR RADIO CAB COMPANY
WHEREAS, Radio Cab Company has submitted a request for
premium rate van service; and
WHEREAS, this service is an optional service; and
WHEREAS, the proposed rate structure appears to be
justified;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following fees apply to van service that is
requested by the customer:
Initial Drop $ 2.50
Per Mile $ 2.25 (1/9 mile increments)
Waiting Time $22.50 per hour
BE FURTHER RESOLVED that all future rate increases for van service
be approved by the Finance Director based on the change in the Bay
Area All Urban Consumer Price Index (CPI). Any increase in excess
of the CPI will require Council approval.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a Reaular meeting of the City
Council of said City held on Mondav the 19th day of
August , 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
