CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESUhUTION OF 11PPREEIRTION
TO
NANCY PERCY
WHEREAS, Nancy Percy has rendered selfless dedicated service
..to the City of San Rafael for 11 years; and
WHEREAS, she devoted her work energy and enthusiasm to develop
and expand excellence in child care services for
the City; and
WHEREAS, her vision and belief in the importance of children's
growth and development needs inspired and united
the community to support child care programs
throughout San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, Nancy served on many statewide and local boards
and committees to contribute her knowledge to further
improvements in child care laws, funding and
resources; and
WHEREAS, Nancy has managed the largest division in the
Recreation Department and developed an excellent,
talented and creative staff devoted to caring for
San Rafael children; and
WHEREAS, Nancy has performed these duties with such a special
level of care and dedication that she will be
difficult to replace.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael City Council.
does express sincere gratitude and appreciation
for Nancy's leadership, talent and hard work and
wishes her continued success in all. her endeavors.
