A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL FIXING THE RATE OF TAXES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1991/92
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the tax rate for the City of
San Rafael for the fiscal year 1991/92 is hereby fixed as follows
for each $100.00 for full valuation:
For payment of principal and interest on
General Obligation Open Space Bonds the sum of
$.002
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City the 3RD day of SEPTEMBER , 1991, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Boro, Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
