CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF 11PPRECUITION
TO
SHEILA LEWIS
WHEREAS,
Sheila has been employed since March 31, 1989 in the
Public Works Department as Yard Clerk Dispatcher; and
WHEREAS,
Sheila has been responsible for monitoring and
dispatching incoming calls for five divisions at the
corporation yard (streets, parks, sewers, garage,
facility repair); and
WHEREAS,
Sheila has provided support to the supervisors at the
corporation yard by performing a variety of clerical
functions including maintaining files and records and
preparing numerous reports; and
WHEREAS,
Sheila has been an efficient, conscientious employee who
not only performs her duties superbly, but also takes
pride in her work; and
WHEREAS,
Sheila has consistently represented her department
positively to the public through her prompt and courteous
response in routine and emergency situations; and
WHEREAS,
Sheila has provided an excellent role model for other
employees through her hard work, cooperative spirit, and
pleasant disposition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of
the City of San Rafael hereby designate SHEILA LEWIS AS
THE EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER for the period beginning on
July 1, 1991 through September 30, 1991, and express
sincere appreciation to Sheila for her dedication and
outstanding service.
