A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL authorizing the purchase of Three (3)
Pick Up trucks for use by the Parks Maintenance Division of the Dept. of Public Works.
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized purchase of
Three (3) Pick up trucks for use in the Park Maintenance work,
and;
and;
WHEREAS, Bids were solicited and received,
WHEREAS; Folsom Lake Ford is the low responsible bidder
NOWT THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
Authorize Purchaing Dept. to Purchase Three (3) Pick Up trucks from Folsom
Lake Ford for the amount of. $44,684.88
I, Jeanne M. Leoncini, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Cuncil of said
City on 1411IAY , the 4TH day of NOVEMBER, 1991 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
