RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO APPLY TO THE INSTITUTE FOR MUSEUM
SERVICES FOR A GENERAL OPERATING SUPPORT GRANT
WHEREAS, The Institute of Museum Services makes grants to arts organizations
for general operating support of basic museum functions; and
WHEREAS, The Falkirk Cultural Center provides a rich and varied program of
historic and contemporary exhibitions and programs; and
WHEREAS, Falkirk Cultural Center staff wishes to apply to the Institute for
Museum Services for a General Operating Staff grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
San Rafael hereby authorizes staff at the Falkirk Cultural Center to apply to the Institute
of Museum Services for a General Operating Support Grant.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
Regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on Mondav the 4th day
of November, 1991, by the following vote to wit:
