MAGGIORA AND GHILOTTI, INC.
%WEREAS, the City of San Rafael along with concerned citizens,
recognized a need for additional recreational facilities at Pickleweed Park- and
IWER,EAS, there were no funds available to construct a
basketball court estimated to cost $35,000.00; and
` OfERBAS, Mr. Gary Ghilotti and his brothers desired to perform
this workin continued support of the community and in memory of their father, Henry
Ghifotti, co founder of Maggiora and Ghilotti, Inc. "Bade' was a valuable and
respected member of our community; and
WHEREAS, Maggiora and Ghilotti, Inc. agreed to rough grade
the site, haul place and compact the base rock at no cost to the residents of San
R,afae1

Council of the City -of San Rafael herebygratefudfy acknowledges the contribution of
MAGGIORA AND GHILOTII, INC. and their continuing efforts to make the
quality of fife better for the residents of San Rafael.
