COMMUNITY ELECTRIC, INC.
`TWEREAJS the City of San Rafael, along with concerned citizens,
recognized a need for additional recreational facilities at Pickleweed Parr and
`YiWEREAS, there were no funds availabfe to construct a
basketbaff court estimated to cost $35,000.00, and

foundation and instalfand assemble the bas6tbaffstandards at no cost to the

Council of the City of San Rafael, herebygratefulfy acknowledges the contribution of
