A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL CER " .tuiG A NEGATIVE DECLARATION
FOR THE SAN RAFAEL SHORELINE ENHANCEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael General Plan 2000 calls for a Design
Master Plan for the San Rafael shoreline; and
WHEREAS, the Shoreline Master Plan was adopted in 1989; and
WHEREAS, the Shoreline Enhancement Plan further defines design
details for four city owned parcels; and
WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the Shoreline
Enhancement Plan circulated for public review from September 13, 1991 to
October 15, 1991; and
WHEREAS, comments were received in support of the plan and
upholding the Negative Declaration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does
hereby certify a Negative Declaration for the Shoreline Enhancement Plan .
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a Regular meeting of the City Council of said City, held on Monday_ the
4th day of November, 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
