RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
MARIPOSA ROAD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
This City Council approves that certain agreement between the
City of San Rafael, and CSW/STUBER-STROEH ENGINEERING GROUP, INC.,
for services as Engineer of Work for Mariposa Road Assessment
District, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, dated the
4th day of November, 1991, and attached to this resolution.
The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest its execution.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 4th day of November, 1991, by the
following vote, to wit:

AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
MARIPOSA ROAD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
This is an agreement for engineering services between the
City of San Rafael, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, referred to as Client, and CSW/STUBER-STROEH
ENGINEERING GROUP, INC., referred to as Engineer.
1. Client retains Engineer as Engineer of Work for the
Mariposa Road Assessment District, City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, to prepare the engineer's report as required
by Section 9523 of the Streets and Highways Code (Refunding Act
of 1984 for 1915 Improvement Act Bonds).
2. Client retains the engineer to prepare the plans and
specifications for the following improvements on Mariposa Road,
San Rafael.
- New curb and gutter
- New storm drain
- Storm drain connection to San Rafael Creek
- New sanitary sewer
- Sanitary sewer connection to Woodland Avenue
- New pavement and streetisection

3. In consideration of the services set forth in paragraph
1 and 2, Client shall pay to Engineer the amount of $24,500.00
within 30 days after delivery of refunding bonds in the
reassessment proceedings. In the event no bonds are delivered,
Engineer shall be paid on a time and expense basis according to
the attached fee schedule.
