A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT TO
THE CONTRACT, LEASE OR AGREEMENT WITH
COMCO MANAGEMENT, INC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf
of the City of San Rafael, an amendment to the contract, lease or
agreement with ComCo Management, Inc., as the City's Workers'
Compensation Administrator for the period from November 1, 1991 to
October 31, 1992, which increases the annual fee to $58,500,
payable in twelve monthly installments of $4,875.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on Monday , the 18th day of
November , 1991, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
IT IS HEREBY AGREED between the City of San Rafael and ComCo
Management, Inc. that the Agreement which originally provided for
a fee increase of no more than 10% fee increase for the period of
November 1, 1991 through October 31, 1992 is amended to provide
for a fee increase of 25% for that period of time. The 25%
increase results in an annual fee of $58,500, payable in twelve
monthly installments of $4,875. The Agreement referrred to
is identified in Resolution No. 8255.
