HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Resolution 8573 (Bail Schedule)RESOLUTION NO. 8573 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7859 SETTING NEW BAIL SCHEDULE FOR CERTAIN MUNICIPAL CODE PARKING VIOLATIONS WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1359, the City Council of the City of San Rafael decided to set bail for meter and overtime parking violations by Resolution subject to approval by the Judicial Counsel of the Municipal Court of the Central Judicial District, County of Marin; and WHEREAS, a schedule was last set, by Resolution No. 7859; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council, that Resolution No. 7859 is amended as follows: SECTION ORDINANCE VIOLATION 5.60.050 Expired Meter $14.00 5.60.050 Overtime Meter 15.00 5.60.050 Expired & Overtime 20.00 5.40.180 3 A.M.
