A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAE.L AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
One Industrial Tractor for use by triQ parks Division of Public
Works Department.
WHEREAS, The San Rafael City Council authorized purchase of one
tractor.
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for one
industrial tractor.
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services Department
staff; and
WHEREAS, NorCal Ford Equipment Company is the low responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that
the following action be taken: Authorize the purchase of one
industrial tractor Ford Model 545C tractor Loader with Ford backhoe
Model 764 for the amount of $37,566.61 from NorCal Ford EquipmentCo.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Mondav , the 5th day of November 1990, by
the following vote, to wit:
