RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL AUTHORIZING RETURN OF PORTION OF 1986
FLOOD RELIEF FUNDS TO STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(IN THE AMOUNT OF $73,429)
WHEREAS the City of San Rafael received $955,053 in AB2536 flood relief
funds in 1986; and
WHEREAS an audit by the State Department of Finance has determined that
$73,429 of the above referenced amount must be returned;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes the return of
$73,429 to the State Department of Finance. Said funds to be paid from unappropriated
reserves.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 5th day of November, 1990 by the
following vote, to wit:
