A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AMENDING THE 1989/90 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 7996
adopting the 1989/90 Budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City
Council a report outlining the additional budget items; and
WHEREAS, after examination, deliberation and due
consideration, the City Council has approved the same; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the amended budget is attached hereto
and made part hereof and is designated as Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that Resolution 7996 is amended to provide an additional
$1,293,962 for current expenditures.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director is
authorized to transfer $52,388 from the General Fund to the
Recreation Fund.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City the 20th day of Auqust , 1990, by the following
vote, to wit:
