A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL FIXING THE RATE OF TAXES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1990/91
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the tax rate for the City of
San Rafael for the fiscal year 1990/91 is hereby fixed as follows
for each $100.00 of full valuation:
For payment of principal and interest on General
Obligation Open Space Bonds and the payment of
principal and interest on Terra Linda Recreation
District Bonds assumed by City of San Rafael -
January 1, 1973 the sum of ...... $.004
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City the 17th day of September , 1990, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Shippey, Thayer & Vice -Mayor Breiner
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
