A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A
CONTRACT, LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The VICE -MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute on behalf of
the City of San Rafael a contract, lease or agreement with:
MPA Design - Amendment to the Shoreline Enhancement
Plan Contract Agreement for South Pond, MMWD, Shoreline
Industrial Park and Bayview Marsh to Extend Term of
Completion to March 31, 1991
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part hereof.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of said City, held on Monday the 15th day
of October, 1990, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: BORO, SHIPPEY, THAYER & VICE -MAYOR BREINER
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE

Amendment
AGREEMEN r FOR PROFESSIONAL,
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE SERVICES
FOR SHORELINE ENHANCEMENT PLAN
The above Agreement, entered into on April 16, 1990, by Resolution
#8158, is hereby amended to extend the term of completion to March 31,
1991.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, City and Consultant have caused their
authorized representatives to execute this Amendment on Monday, the 15th
day of October, 1990.
