A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL GRANTING A 60 DAY TIME EXTENSION
FOR PREPARATION OF A DRAFT ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
TO CHAPTER 15.10 OF THE SAN RAFAEL MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, on November 6, 1989, the City Council adopted a Resolution of
Intent to amend Chapter 15.10 of the San Rafael Municipal Code relating to the
merger of substandard lots; and
WHEREAS, at that meeting, the City Council instructed staff to forward
the amendments to the City Council within 90 days; and
WHEREAS, staff has requested a 60 day time extension for preparation of
this Ordinance amendment
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the San Rafael City Council grants a
60 day extension for the preparation of an amendment to Chapter 15.10 of the San
Rafael Municipal Code.

that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City on TUESDAY , the 16TH
day of JANUARY , 1990, by the following vote, to wit:
