A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
FIREFIGHTER PROTECTIVE CLOTHING UTILIZING
FUNDS FROM THE CAPITAL OUTLAY BUDGET
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized the Fire
Department to solicit bids for Protective Clothing; and
WHEREAS, specifications were prepared and bids were
solicited for this item; and
staff; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been reviewed by Fire Department
WHEREAS, Cascade Fire Equipment Company, of Medford,
Oregon, submitted the lowest bid of $225.00 for the turnout coats
and $177.00 for the trousers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
That Cascade Fire Equipment, of Medford, Oregon, be desig-
nated the lowest bidder for Firefighter Protective Clothing and be
awarded the contract in the amount of $225.00 for the turnout coats
and $177.00 for -the trousers.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on TUESDAY , the 16TH day of JANUARY , 1990, by the
following vote, to wit:
