RESOLUTION NO. 8104
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
ONE TREE ROOT CUTTER
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized purchase of a Tree Root Cutter;
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for a Tree Root Cutter;
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services Department staff; and
WHEREAS, Cal -Line Equipment Co., of Livermore, California, submitted the lowest
bid of $9,679.38 for One Dosko 3" Model R14-691SP Tree Root Cutter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that the following
action be taken:
That Cal -Line Equipment Co., of Livermore, California, be designated the lowest
bidder for One Tree Root Cutter and be awarded the Contract in the amount of $9,679.38
for One Dosko 3" Model R14-691SP Tree Root Cutter.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the forgoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Council of said City on Tuesday , the 16th day of January, 1990, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
