Bj 9q RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVERSION TO ACREAGE ENTITLED"CENTERTOWN REVERSION TO ACREAGE" WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Rafael, State of California, did on February 13, 1990, recommend to the City Council of said City the approval of "Centertown Reversion to Acreage", consisting of two sheets, hereinafter referred to; and WHEREAS, it appears to said City Council and said City Council hereby finds and determines said map is in conformity with the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance, Title 15 of the San Rafael Municipal Code, and that said City Council is satisfied with the reversion; WHEREAS the City Council hereby makes the following findings as required by section 66499.16 of the California State Subdivision Map Act: 1. No dedications or offers of dedications were made under the con- dominium subdivision, therefore this reversion will not have an effect on dedications necessary for present or future public pur- poses; 2. All owners of an interest in the real property within the subdivi- sion have consented to the reversion as the City of San Rafael Redevelopment Agency is the sole owner of both parcels and the Agency is the entity requesting this reversion; 3. No lots shown on the final map have been sold within 5 years of the date the map was filed, that date being October 11, 1983; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, California, that the map of said reversion to acreage, approved by the Planning Commission of said City on February 13, 1990, and entitled "Centertown Reversion to Acreage", be and the same is hereby approved, and that the City Clerk of said City be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute the certificate upon the face of the map of the approval thereof and, to transmit said map to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of Marin County. I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City Council of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City on TUESDAY , the 20TH day of FEBRUARY 1990, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: COUNCILMEMBER S: Boro, Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mul ryan NOES: COUNCILMEMBER S: None ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBER S: None Jf4RNE M.
