A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
TWO LOTS OF PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT,
ONE FOR VICTOR JONES PARK AND ONE FOR GERSTLE PARK
FROM E.P. FINIGAN, INC.
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized purchase of improvements
from community development grant funds in the 1989/1990 fiscal year budget and;
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for 1 lot of play-
ground equipment for Victor Jones park and one lot of playground equipment for Gerstle
Park and;
and;
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services Department staff;
WHEREAS, the firm of E.P. Finigan Inc. is the low responsible bidder that
meets the specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that the
following action be taken: Purchase from the firm of E.P. Finigan, one lot of play-
ground equipment for Victor Jones Park for the amount of $13,213.00 and one lot
of playground equipment for Gerstle Park for the amount of $20,480.00.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution was fuly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday , the 5th day of March,
1990, by the following vote, to wit:
