RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF AMEND-
MENT TWO TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA AND THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
FOR THE GENERAL INVESTIGATIONS, FLOOD CONTROL
STUDY, FEASIBILITY PHASE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of San Rafael, "Amendment Two to the Agreement
Between the United States of America and the City of San Rafael for
the General Investigations, Flood Control Study, Feasibility Phase",
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made part
hereof.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 5th day of March, 1990, by the follow-
ing vote, to wit:
