RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL IN SUPPORT OF WASTE AWARENESS MONTH
MAY, 1990
WHEREAS, the month of May is being designated Waste Awareness
Month in Marin County; and
WHEREAS, this program is to promote public education on waste
reduction and community information on waste management issues; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael supports these efforts to
educate citizens in matters of waste awareness.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby proclaims May 1990 to be "Waste Awareness
Month" in the City of San Rafael and that all citizens be urged to
avail themselves of the planned events.
