RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL APPOINTING WILLIAM M. PALMER,
CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER,
TO REPRESENT AND APPEAR IN THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
WHEREAS, it is desirable to appoint an agent to re-
present the City of San Rafael whenever necessary as the Code En -
forcemeat Officer in filing Small Claims actions on behalf of the
City; and,
WHEREAS, William M. Palmer is employed as the City's
Code Enforcement Officer,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that William
M. Palmer, Code Enforcement Officer, is hereby appointed to represent
and appear for said City in the lawful process of any and all claims
filed in said Court, and is further authorized and empowered to accept
service of process issued by said Court, for and on behalf of said
City.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 7th day of May, 1990, by
the following vote, to wit:
