RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL PARKING DISTRICT TO THE CITY'S
PARKING AUTHORITY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE LOOTENS
PLACE/THIRD STREET PARKING STRUCTURE DRAINAGE
CHANNEL REPLACEMENT
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Parking Authority is an administra-
tive body only with no available funds; and
WHEREAS, in order to construct a drainage improvement
within the Authority's Lootens Place/Third Street Parking Structure,
it is necessary to transfer $24,000 from the City's Parking District
to fund said construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael to authorize the transfer of $24,000 from
the City's Parking District to the Parking Authority to fund the
construction of the Lootens Place/Third Street Parking Structure
Drainage Channel Replacement.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 7th day of May, 1990, by the following
vote, to wit:
