A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL CERTIFIY NG
A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR AMENDMENT OF THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION
14.15.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, SO
AS TO RECLASSIFY CERTAIN RAL PROPERTY IN THE NORTHGATE
ACTIVITY CENTER
(ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 155-251-04)
(LUCAS GREEN BUILDINGS I AND II)
WHEREAS, on January 30, 1990, an application for amendment of the
development standards contained within Ordinance 1350 was submitted to
the City; and,
WHEREAS, an Initial Environmental Study was prepared in
accordance with the State EIR Guidelines to assess potential environmental
impacts of the proposal; and,
WHEREAS, on April 10, 1990, the Planning Commission found that
the proposed ordinance amendments would not create any significant
adverse impacts and recommended to the City Council the certification of a
Negative Declaration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the San Rafael City
Council finds there is no substantial evidence in the record showing that the
project could have a significant effect on the environment and certifies the
Negative Declaration for amendment of Ordinance 1350.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCIIITI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday , the 7th
day of May , 1990, by following vote, to wit:
