A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AMENDING THE 1989/90 APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT
WHEREAS, Resolution 7984, which was approved by the City
Council on June 19, 1989, established the Appropriations Limit for
1989/90.
WHEREAS, The voters approved Ordinance 1579 on November
7, 1989 to permit the City to increase our Appropriations Limit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Appropriations
Limit in Resolution 7984 is hereby amended to equal the actual
proceeds of taxes for 1989/90 to comply with Article XIII B of the
State constitution.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on MONDAY , the 18TH day of JUNE , 1990,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Boro, Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS : None
