RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE MARIN CONSERVATION CORPS FOR LOW LIMB-
ING OF TREES IN TERRA LINDA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
City of San Rafael, an agreement with the Marin Conservation Corps for low limbing of
trees in Terra Linda for an amount not to exceed $15,000.00; a copy of said agreement is
attached and by this reference made a part hereof.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Monday the 16th day of July , 1990, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mul ryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
