A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFEL CITY COUNCIL
AMENDING THE 1988/89 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 7756
adopting the 1988/89 Budget and Resolution 7982 amending the
1988/89 Budget.
WHEREAS, additional funds are required for City
operations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City
Council a report outlining the additional budget items; and
WHEREAS, after examination, deliberation, and due
consideration, the City Council has approved the same; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the amended budget is attached
hereto and made part hereof and is designed as Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that Resolutions 7756 & 7982 are amended to provide an
additional $281,649 for current expenditures.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director is
authorized to transfer $54,458 from the General Fund to the
Recreation Funds and $82,423 from the General Fund to the Trust
& Agency Fund (015).
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of
the Council of said City the 5th day of September ,
1989, by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
