A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE PARAMEDIC
AMBULANCE UTILIZING EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
FROM SIERRA VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT COMPANY
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized Fire
Department Staff to solicit bids for one Paramedic Ambulance; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited
for this item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by Fire Department
Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
That Sierra Rescue Vehicle and Equipment Company be desig-
nated as low bidder for a Paramedic Ambulance in the amount of
$71,017.40.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City on 5th day of September
1989, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBER: Boro, Frugoli, Thayer & Vice -Mayor Breiner
NOES: COUNCILMEMBER: Prone
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBER: Payor Mulryan
