RESOLUTION CERTIFYING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION
FOR THE SAN RAFAEL MASTER PLAN PROJECT
WHEREAS, the San Rafael General Plan 2000 calls for a
Design Master Plan for the San Rafael shoreline, and
WHEREAS, the Draft Master Plan is now complete and
ready for adoption by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the
Shoreline Project circulated for public review from June 2,
1989 to July 3, 1989; and
WHEREAS, three comments were received in support of the
plan and upholding the Negative Declaration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council does
hereby certify a Negative Declaration for the Shoreline
Park Master Plan Project.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of
the Council of said City on Monday , the 2nd day of
October , 1989, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor
Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
