RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE SHORELINE PARK
MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS, the General Plan 2000 of the City of San Rafael
calls for a design master plan for the San Rafael Shoreline;
and
WHEREAS, MPA Design was hired to work with the City and
the San Rafael Shoreline Park Task Force to complete the
master plan; and
WHEREAS, the Draft San Rafael Shoreline Master Plan has
been reviewed and approved by the Task Force, Park &
Recreation Commission and the Planning Commission, whose
comments are incorporated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing
this day.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council does
hereby adopt the San Rafael Shoreline Park Master Plan.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of
the Council of said City on Mondav , the 2nd day of
October , 1989, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer &
Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
