RESOLUTION OF INTENTION
OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
TO AMEND CHAPTER 15.10 OF THE SAN RAFAEL MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO MERGER OF SUBSTANDARD LOTS
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
(1) This resolution evidencing intent to amend Chapter
15.10 of the San Rafael Municipal Code entitled MERGER
OF SUBSTANDARD LOTS is hereby adopted, pursuant to
the provisions of California Government Code §66451.20.
(2) The Planning Commission is requested to conduct public
hearings on proposed amendments to Chapter 15.10
of the Municipal Code consistent with the provisions
of California Government Code 966451.10 and the San
Rafael General Plan 2000, and to forward proposed
amendments to the City Council within ninety (90)
days.
(3) The City Clerk shall cause notice of the adoption
of this resolution to be published in the manner
prescribed by Government Code 96061.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City on MONDAY , the SIXTH day of NOVEMBER ,
1989, by the following vote, to wit:
