A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF PERSONAL COMPUTERS
FOR USE BY THE PUBLIC WORKS, PLANNING AND RECREATION DEPARTMENTS
(FROM THE MAC GARDEN COMPANY, SAN RAFAEL)
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized the purchase of Personal
Computers for use by Public Works, Planning and Recreation Departments in the
1989/90 Budget; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for six (6) personal
computers and ancillary equipment; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services Department and
staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Sats Rafael City Council that the
following action be taken:
Purchase the following award of bid: the Mac Garden Company six (6) personal
computers and ancillary equipment per general specification No. 09-89 for the
amount of $31,262.58, lowest responsible bidder that meets specifications.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the following resolution was duly and regulary introduced and adopted at
a regular meeting of the Council of said City on 6th day of November ,
1989, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
