A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF PERSONNEL COMPUTERS
FOR USE BY THE CITY MANAGER, CITY ATTORNEY, CITY CLERK,
PERSONNEL, FINANCE AND LIBRARY DEPARTMENTS (FROM HILLTOP,
SAN FRANCISCO)
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized the purchase of Personnel
Computers for use by City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk, Personnel, Finance,
and Library Departments in the 1989/90 Budget; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for eleven (11) personal
computers and ancillary equipment; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services Department and staff
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that the
following action be taken:
Purchase the following award of bid: Hilltop eleven (11) personal computers
and ancillary equipment per general specifications No. 09-89 for the amount of
$18,285.00, lowest responsible bidder that meets specifications.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the following resolution was duly and regulary introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City on 6th day of November 1989
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
