A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS. 7268,
7478 AND 7870 TO INCREASE THE SALARY OF THE
CITY MANAGER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael as follows:
As of July 1, 1989, the salary will be increased by four
percent (4%) to $77,510 annually; and as of January 1, 1990 in-
creased by two percent (2%) to $79,060 annually.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on MONDAY , the 6th day of NOVEMBER , 1989, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Frugoli, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
