A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7352 AND AUTHORIZING
PARTICIPATION IN POOLS B THROUGH D IN THE
CALIFORNIA JOINT POWERS INSURANCE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, The San Rafael City Council has authorized
participation in the California Joint Powers Insurance
Authority with Resolution 7352; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael now wishes to cancel
participation in Pool A while continuing to participate in
Pools B through D.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to implement this change.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of
the Council of said City on MONDAY , the 4th day of
DECEMBER , 1989, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
